Care First History

Care First Pharmacy Services, L.L.C. is an independent locally owned Long Term Care Pharmacy provider that was formed in July of 2006.

Located in Berwick Pennsylvania, Care First was established to provide an alternative service for Long Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities due to the on going merger and acquisitions occurring within the Long Term Care pharmacy industry.

Care First Pharmacy Services currently provides services to Several Long Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities in Schuylkill, Columbia, Montour, Lycoming, Monroe, Carbon, Luzerne, Bradford, Berks, and Northumberland Counties.

Over the past several years significant changes have occurred within the industry where the larger providers have become limited in their ability to provide the personalized service that many smaller facilities, organizations and companies have come to expect.

Care First Pharmacy Services believes that we have formed an alternative for facilities that prefer a “smaller and more personalized” delivery of services. Care First is a Long Term Care Pharmacy provider who understands the importance of “Caring” for their customers and residents that they serve.
